Managing time effectively is fundamental to success in the workplace. However, the workplace is full of distractions, interruptions and conflicting priorities which can take up precious time and energy.

This course has therefore been developed to introduce the learner to a number of strategies that will help them to manage their time and priorities. In particular, it will look at prioritising tasks, setting goals, storing information, delegating tasks and managing interruptions and procrastination.
