Sexual harassment can take many different forms - it can be obvious or indirect, physical or verbal, repeated or one-off and perpetrated by males and females against people of the same or opposite sex.
This course is designed to inform learners of what constitutes sexual harassment and gives examples of different types of sexual harassment within the workplace. It also highlights relevant laws, the responsibilities of staff and management and gives an overview of the complaint procedures they can follow if they are sexually harassed.
