Course Overview

It is not possible for organisations to have complete control over their environment, and crisis situations that may arise can have a disastrous impact on organisations. To minimise the impact of crises, organisations should have in place a Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy.

This course has been designed to increase learners' awareness of the organisation's BCM strategy and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and how they address common potential crises.
