Risk Management

Price: $49.00 (Incl. GST)

Course Overview

Risks have the potential to effect whether, when and the extent to which an organisation will achieve their business objectives and therefore need to be managed. To ensure that all risks are identified and managed effectively, organisations need to integrate risk management processes and procedures into all of their business activities. This is often achieved by implementing a risk management framework.

This course has therefore been developed to give learners an overview of the organisation’s risk management framework and the risk management process which forms a vital part of the framework. It will also provide learners with a worked example to help explain how each stage of the risk management process would be applied to a business activity.
