Course Overview

Procurement is a strategic and multifaceted process, which has a direct impact on an organisation's bottom line. To ensure that procurement extracts the maximum benefit for the organisation and aligns with the overall business strategy, managers and financial decision makers need to have a comprehensive understanding of procurement.

This course has therefore been developed to increase the awareness and applied understanding of managers and / or decision makers who are responsible for the procurement process in their workplace.
