Interviewing is an important component of the overall recruitment and selection process. However, for interviews to be successful, interviewers need to be prepared and know how to conduct and interview professionally.
Therefore, this course has been designed to increase the learners’ understanding of how to successfully prepare for and conduct an interview. It will also look at the STARL framework which is a common technique that is used to assess candidate’s skills, knowledge and approach to work.
