Course Overview

Australia is a country consisting of various cultures and you are bound to meet someone in your personal and professional life who differs from you in terms of culture, heritage, and belief.

This course will assist you to have a sound understanding of the cultural differences that may exist between you and the people you meet. This will enable you to avoid misunderstandings and act appropriately when dealing with a person from a different cultural heritage.

• Describe the difference between the individualist and collectivist cultures
