Course Overview

Spam is generally considered to be bulk, unsolicited, commercial electronic messaging. Spam not only wastes people’s time, but also poses as a threat to information security and uses resources, such as network bandwidth and storage.

This course has been designed to show employees how they can protect themselves and their organisation from spam, and ensure that communication with clients adheres to organisational communication guidelines as well as the requirements of the Spam Act 2003.
