Working Alone Safely

Course Overview

The risks to those working alone are often higher than those working with others. This is because if an incident or injury were to occur, the worker may have less access to assistance from others than if there were other capable workers in the immediate area.

This course is designed to help workers understand the steps they need to take to minimise the risks when working alone. It also looks at an organisation’s role in protecting the safety of those working alone.

• Identify how our organisation minimises the risks associated with working alone;
